What Participants Must Bring: 

To fully engage in the experiential learning process, participants are asked to bring a journal and pen for reflective writing exercises. Please also wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement and embodiment practices. We recommend bringing a water bottle and any personal items needed for your comfort throughout the day. Participants are encouraged to bring an open heart and a willingness to engage in sensitive discussions about LGBTQIA+ experiences and trauma-informed care.
